Returns and Exchanges

Aspen Kay's commitment to you is to deliver the product you ordered. Our return policy is very simple.

We will replace or refund your purchase if there is a manufacturer defect. Manufacturer defects include things such as rips, tears, holes and faded or incorrect printing.

If after receiving your order and there are no manufacturer defects but you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund less a 15% restocking fee (returns must be in the state you received them and in the original packaging) or receive another item of equal value of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. All items you wish to return or exchange must be shipped to our warehouse at your expense. With returns, if you wish to return an item upon receipt of it, we will refund whatever shipping costs you paid (if any) while placing your order. If you are exchanging your item(s) we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) to you.

Full refunds and exchanges are given as long as the request is communicated in under 60 days of you receiving your order.

Please note that our return policy does not include free plus shipping promotional products, which are final sale due to no cost for the item(s).

Easy Return and Exchange Process:

Email customer care at, or call our support team toll free (888) 406-7876. Our team is available to talk to you 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday! Include in your initial request how you wish to proceed (return or exchange) and we will walk you through the process of how long the process should take (the processing times for refunds and exchanges vary).

Ship your return, and email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are not received. Make sure all of the items are packaged in their boxes in their original packaging (if the return item is not returned in the original packaging with your return/exchange, no refund or exchange will be processed).

When we receive your return, it will be processed in 3-7 business days. Once it is processed, your refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the items you requested in your exchange form will be processed for shipping immediately once your return is accepted.

Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in. If we do not receive your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.
